In the heart of Barcelona lies Hotel Rialto, a true haven of luxury and comfort that has been meticulously designed to offer an unforgettable experience to its guests. In 2022, a partial renovation was carried out to give the interior design a fresh look. The hotel management company, Gargallo, selected Marcasal to be responsible for the upholstery and textile solutions for the hotel, both in the rooms and in the common areas, thus creating a unique and sophisticated atmosphere. The interior design work was done by Marian from Ona Group.
DREAM ROOMS.
In the rooms of Hotel Rialto, attention to detail is evident from the moment you step through the door. Marcasal was responsible for creating key elements such as the upholstered headboards, bedspreads, and trunk sofas, which also function as beds in the triple rooms.The quality of these textiles is undeniable, offering comfort and sublime aesthetics that enhance the guest experience.
The cushions, also crafted by Marcasal, add a touch of elegance and comfort to each bed. Every detail has been carefully considered to create a cozy and sophisticated environment that invites rest and relaxation.
The bed's headboard, a distinctive element, reflects a style and comfort that welcomes you at the end of the day.
Cutting-Edge Curtains: Foscurit and Sheer Curtains
Marcasal crafted the curtains for the rooms a Hotel Rialto. In the smaller rooms roll-up Foscurit curtains of Foscurit, a fabric specially designed to block light and ensure privacy. This choice allows guests to have precise control over the natural light entering their rooms.
In the larger rooms, Marcasal selected a combination of Foscurit and consists of translucent sheer curtains. El consists of translucent sheer curtains is a lightweight and translucent fabric that softens the light and adds a touch of elegance to the decor. The combination of of Foscurit and consists of translucent sheer curtains provides flexibility for guests,allowing them to adjust the lighting according to their personal preferences.
Reception: curved elegance in white leather.
A special mention goes to the reception area of Hotel Rialto,, which was previously wooden and has been transformed into a work of art. Marcasal carried out delicate reupholstery in white leather, giving a cleaner and more spacious look to this central area of the hotel. The reception, which features a curved shape, creates a uniform and elegant surface that invites guests to check in with style.
This white leather reupholstery not only reflects sophistication but also perfectly harmonizes with the cushions on the waiting benches, creating a visual continuity that envelops visitors in an atmosphere of luxury and comfort from the moment they walk through the door of Hotel Rialto.
